Module 0: What, when and how

In this module you will become familiar with the CSRD: What is it, what is its place in the current European regulatory framework, when will it be implemented, and what needs to be done to comply with it? In addition, we will explain why reporting in line with the CSRD is particularly challenging, analyzing the differences between the ESRS and other reporting frameworks such as GRI or SASB.

Module 1: Organizational Context

In this module, you will learn not only how the context of the organization should be analyzed and documented, but also why it is very important that this phase is done correctly.

Module 2: Stakeholder Involvement

In this module, you will learn how to correctly perform stakeholder engagement. This is a critical stage, since this is when the value chain is determined, the stakeholders that will participate in the Double Materiality Analysis are selected and classified by relevance, and the IROs are identified.

Module 3: Double Materiality Analysis

In this module, you will learn how to perform the Double Materiality Analysis. Although EFRAG published technical guidelines for performing this analysis, several aspects are not regulated, and each organization must decide how to proceed. We will also provide guidance on how these gaps can be adequately filled.

Module 4: The Need for Gap Analysis

In this module, we will highlight the importance and advantages of performing a Gap Analysis. In addition, we will give you tips on how to complete this task in the most efficient way.

Module 5: Report preparation

In this module, we will address the application of the subject-specific ESRS, and obtaining the sustainability report in line with the CSRD.
