Business Analyst – Textiles (Remote, Global)

We’re hiring a Business Analyst – Textiles to join our growing team focused on sustainability, ESG, and global supply chains in the textile sector. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who combines strong analytical skills with a passion for sustainable development and international collaboration.

As a Business Analyst, you’ll support commercial, consulting, and strategic teams with market research, ESG analysis, client insights, and business development initiatives. You’ll help track industry trends, monitor regulatory changes, and develop tools that enhance engagement with clients across the global textile value chain.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze sustainability performance and ESG maturity for clients
• Research textile sector trends, regulations (e.g., CSRD, CBAM), and market dynamics
• Provide insights to help identify new commercial opportunities
• Support internal training and development of sector-specific tools and materials
• Track performance using Power BI and prepare monthly/quarterly reports
• Coordinate across global teams to ensure quality service deliver

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Textile Management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, sustainability consulting, or textile-related sectors
• Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and data interpretation
• Knowledge of ESG frameworks and sustainability legislation
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with textile quality and compliance standards
• Experience with CRM or AI-powered analytics tools
• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 15%)
