Tasks / Responsibilities
- Project Design & Management: Initiate, design, and manage projects from acquisition to completion, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams (consultants, researchers, Delphy Digital) and external partners (entrepreneurs, developers, policymakers).
- Innovation Implementation: Translate practical horticultural challenges into innovative, applicable solutions.
- Funding & Acquisition: Secure funding through public-private partnerships and develop project concepts with critical mass.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate project teams based on expertise and objectives; maintain progress and adjust as needed.
- Communication: Ensure clear communication with stakeholders and clients; report on project progress and outcomes.
- Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to knowledge development and dissemination within the horticultural sector.
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- University or HBO degree in horticulture, business administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Several years in a similar project management role.
- Practical knowledge of horticulture.
- Experience with project acquisition and stakeholder coordination.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English and Dutch (spoken and written).
- Network: Existing network in horticultural practice is a plus.
