Royal Peterson Control Union Group B.V. acquired a majority stake in Delphy in October 2024, with Delphy becoming part of Peterson Solutions.
From cultivation to end user: the acquisition combines Delphy’s deep domain expertise with the already established international network of Peterson Solutions offices, ensuring more countries and supply chains will benefit.
Delphy is driven by a commitment to advancing agriculture through innovation and global knowledge‑sharing. As a market‑leading agricultural consultancy, the organization sits at the forefront of horticulture and arable farming expertise, supporting clients in transforming cultivation strategies and achieving exceptional results.
Headquartered in the Netherlands, Delphy has an international footprint supported by 11 strategically located hubs located across several countries and six advanced research centres. As part of Peterson Solutions, the organization brings together deep sector expertise with a mission‑driven approach that can serve the complete supply chain.
This is built on a two-way foundation:

Delphy’s consultants combine hands on experience with the latest research and data driven insights, delivering tailored advice and training on topics such as irrigation, climate control, crop protection, and soil management. Delphy Academy
Delphy Academy offers training programmes for Dutch and international growers, managers, and investors. All modules can be customised to client needs and are grounded in the latest scientific and applied horticultural knowledge developed within Delphy’s own research centres.
Research & Development
Delphy’s research facilities — including the Improvement Centre and the Innovation Soft Fruit Centre, both state‑of‑the‑art greenhouse environments — act as major catalysts for agricultural progress. Here, new cultivation concepts and technical installations are tested, validated, and shared widely, attracting more than 6,000 visitors annually. Together with clients and partners, Delphy continues to develop practical knowledge that can be applied directly in the field.
Delphy Digital
Through Delphy Digital, powerful algorithms and advanced modelling techniques support growers in maximising yield, improving crop quality, and allocating resources more efficiently — enabling the shift from operational execution to strategic leadership.
Delphy Projects
Delphy’s projects span the globe, delivering knowledge exchange, capacity-building, and practical solutions. The organization provides hands‑on support ranging from on‑site and remote cultivation advice to training local management teams. It also assists clients in identifying funding and subsidy opportunities and delivers complete turnkey project management. Examples include pioneering saline cultivation in Egypt and supporting agricultural development across emerging regions.
