GOTS softwareEmissions and evidence woven together.

From 1 March 2027, every GOTS certified site must calculate its Scope 1 and 2 emissions each year. Calculate them, keep the proof and get expert help, in one place.

The new GOTS asks for more proof. Most of it is spread across your sites.

GOTS 8.0 / 8.1 applies to all audits from 1 March 2027. Alongside the rules you already know, it adds yearly emissions calculations, energy and water targets, due diligence and a yearly internal audit of each relevant process.

    • Emissions are now mandatory

Every certified entity must calculate its Scope 1 and 2 emissions at least once a year, following a recognised method such as the GHG Protocol, and show the data behind them.

    • The data sits in invoices and meters

Fuel purchases, electricity and heat bills, meter readings and refrigerant logs live in different departments, sites and spreadsheets.

    • The evidence keeps growing

Chemical approvals, safety data sheets, water and energy records, training records, due diligence and internal audit reports. Every year, for every site.

Our GOTS compliance software calculates your emissions and keeps every GOTS record in one place, with a team that knows the standard.

    • Energy and water

Records of energy and water use per kilogram of textile output, with quantified targets reviewed every year.

    • Chemicals

Only chemicals from the GOTS Positive List, with their letters of approval and safety data sheets kept up to date.

    • Due diligence and social criteria

A documented due diligence process, a living wage estimate and a plan to close any gap.

    • Internal audits

A yearly internal audit of each relevant process, with its findings and follow-up recorded.
