Task & Evidence for PPWRYour packaging data is spread across suppliers. Our PPWR compliance software brings it together.

A ready PPWR checklist for your role, every supplier answering in one place, and experts who know the regulation by your side. Collect once, stay ready.

The PPWR applies to your packaging. The data sits with your suppliers.

Since 12 August 2026, every company that puts packaging on the EU market has to show that it meets the PPWR. Most of the information needed to prove it is held by someone else.

    • It sits with your suppliers

Material composition, recycled content and substance test results come from packaging and material suppliers, often in different formats and languages.

    • It multiplies with every item

Each packaging item needs its own evidence. Hundreds of items and dozens of suppliers quickly mean thousands of documents in emails and spreadsheets.

    • It has to last for years

Your Declaration of Conformity and technical documentation must be kept up to date and available for 5 years, or 10 for reusable packaging.

Peterson Solutions Hub collects that evidence in one place, organised around what the PPWR asks of you.

    PPWR compliance, without the headache

    1. Your PPWR checklist, ready to use.We set up the requirements that apply to your role and your packaging as a clear checklist. You don’t start from the legal text.
    2. One request to every supplier.Suppliers get a simple questionnaire, answer it online from their phones and upload their documents and test reports.
    3. Evidence linked to each item.Every answer and document is linked to the supplier and the packaging item it belongs to.
    4. You always know what’s missing.See at a glance which suppliers have answered, what’s under review and what’s still open.
    5. People who know the PPWR behind it.Our regulatory consultants help you understand your obligations and close the gaps. You’re never left alone with the software.

Every PPWR requirement, with its evidence attached

The PPWR checklist in Task & Evidence follows the main obligations of the regulation. Each requirement has its owner, its documents and its status.

    • Declaration of Conformity and technical documentation

Manufacturers must draw up an EU Declaration of Conformity for their packaging and keep the technical documentation behind it. Task & Evidence keeps that documentation together and reviewed.

    • Supplier information

Suppliers must give manufacturers the information and documents they need to show compliance. Request it once, in a structured way, and keep it with each item.

    • Substances of concern

PFAS limits apply to food-contact packaging since 12 August 2026. Collect test results and supplier declarations for every food-contact item.

    • Recyclability and recycled content

From 2030, packaging must reach a recyclability grade of A, B or C, and plastic packaging must contain a minimum share of recycled content. Start collecting material and recycled-content evidence now.

    • Extended responsibility

Certain actors must register in each EU country where they place packaging on the market. Keep registrations and supporting documents per country in one place.
